• "User" refers to both Service Providers and Clients using our Platform.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

We offer two types of accounts:

5. Service Provider Obligations

5.1 Profile Accuracy

Service Providers must:

• Provide accurate business information and credentials
• Maintain up-to-date service offerings and pricing
• Use genuine portfolio images and descriptions
• Clearly state service areas and availability

5.2 Service Standards

Service Providers agree to:

• Provide services in a professional and timely manner
• Honor booked appointments and commitments
• Maintain appropriate insurance where required
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.3 Verification

We may verify Service Provider information, including:

• Business registration details
• Professional qualifications and certifications
• Portfolio authenticity
• Customer reviews and ratings

6. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event requirements and specifications
• Respond to service provider inquiries in a timely manner
• Honor booked appointments and commitments
• Provide clear and constructive feedback
• Make payments according to agreed terms

7. Bookings and Payments

7.1 Booking Process

Our booking process includes:

• Service inquiry and quotation
• Booking confirmation
• Payment processing (where applicable)
• Service delivery and completion

7.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon between Service Providers and Clients. DecorTec may facilitate payments through our platform with the following conditions:

• Service Providers set their own pricing
• Payment processing fees may apply
• Refund policies are determined by Service Providers
• We reserve the right to hold funds in case of disputes

7.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies are set by individual Service Providers. Clients should review these policies before booking.

8. User Content and Conduct

8.1 Content Guidelines

Users agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• Violates others' privacy rights

8.2 License to Use Content

By posting content on our Platform, you grant DecorTec a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform operation and promotion.

8.3 Reviews and Ratings

Users may post reviews and ratings subject to:

• Being based on actual service experiences

9. Intellectual Property

• Payment processing services

All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days' notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For fraudulent or illegal activities
• For non-payment of fees
• At our discretion with 30 days' notice

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Guarantee the quality or safety of services
• Verify all user information or credentials
• Endorse any particular Service Provider
• Assume liability for user interactions

12.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorTec shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or platform unavailability
• User disputes or service quality issues

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DecorTec, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

14. Dispute Resolution
